As the owner of the Permaculture. app., I manage the design and usability of the interface. I curate content. I build user engagement and community. I develop strategy for future placement.

- Government Service – Health – health and safety site design and content – pre and post UX testing showed large improvement in user satisfaction and less error to find critical information. My role was principle consultant.

- Tertiary Education institute – health and safety, injury management data systems (people soft). My role was team manager and project lead.
- Government Service – part of a team customising data system for safety critical needs; web content design and authority; mapping project for processes (object oriented platform). My role was program manager and project specialist.
