Questions Worth Spending Ten Years On
[Work in progress]
I steward a regenerative systems practice.
Practices culture capability.
This page is a container for a transition project which I plan to spend my next decade on.
I think this has developed from my explorations of ‘the big questions for AI’ project (on channel https://www.are.na/work-smith/chatgpt-adventures-with-my-keyboard) and the statement by my son who thinks the world (i.e humans) will end in 50 years – he is 28.
A boldacious challenge for his mother to be remembered:
“She helped thousands of people learn how to live and work well in complexity.”
Some starter questions:)

What makes a community antifragile?
-
How do organisations become more alive?
-
What does psychological safety look like in ecosystems rather than workplaces?
-
What does Human Factors become in the Anthropocene?
-
If coherence is my gift, what are the practices, communities and ideas that only I can weave together—and what would it take to devote the next twenty years to cultivating them?
